About the event
Join Chef Berto for a hands-on pasta-making experience where you’ll roll, cut, and shape your own fresh Tagliatelle or Pappardelle from scratch.
You’ll customize your dish with your choice of Pesto or Pomodoro sauce, along with Classic Meatballs or Grilled Chicken. The evening includes a fresh Italian Salad and creamy ice cream for dessert, creating a complete and delicious meal.
Come hungry, get a little flour on your hands, and enjoy a fun night of cooking at The Emerson.
Note: This is a test class. The fee simply covers the cost of supplies. We’ll be taking photos and testing out the flow, so thank you in advance for your patience and feedback as we fine-tune the experience.
