Join us for one of our test cooking classes, and we’d love your help fine-tuning the experience!
Roll up your sleeves and get ready for some hands-on fun in the kitchen with Chef Berto's Gnocchi Class. You’ll learn how to make soft, pillowy gnocchi from Yukon Gold potatoes, then toss them in two incredible sauces, a hearty Bolognese and a Browned Butter, Sage & Lemon combo.
We’ll round things out with a fresh salad and creamy ice cream (because every good meal deserves a sweet finish!). Plus, you’ll take home Chef Berto’s recipes so you can recreate the magic in your own kitchen.
Note: This is a test class, so your fee simply covers the cost of supplies. We’ll also be taking photos and fine-tuning the flow, and we truly appreciate your patience and feedback as we refine the experience!
