About the event
Join Guest Chef Mishele Sileo and Sous Chef Annie Murphy from Pasta Chef Catering for an immersive, hands-on dumpling class celebrating the art of authentic Chinese dumpling making. Learn traditional techniques for preparing fillings, folding and shaping dumplings, and cooking them to perfection. This interactive class is designed for all skill levels and focuses on fresh ingredients, classic flavors, and time-honored methods. Guests will enjoy the dumplings they create and leave with the knowledge and confidence to recreate them at home.
In this hands-on experience, guests will learn the foundational techniques of Chinese dumpling making, including:
Folding and shaping dumplings using classic techniques
Cooking dumplings to achieve the perfect texture and flavor
