Get ready to dive into the art of fresh Italian pasta with Chef Berto! In this hands-on culinary experience, you’ll learn to roll, cut, and shape your own tagliatelle or pappardelle completely from scratch.
This class is designed for pairs of two. Don’t have a partner? No worries—we’ll pair you with another guest so you can enjoy the full experience.
Once your pasta is crafted, you’ll customize your plate with your choice of:
Pesto or Pomodoro sauce
Classic meatballs or grilled chicken
