Roll up your sleeves and join Chef Berto for a fun, hands-on evening of pasta making. In this interactive class designed for pairs (we highly recommend bringing a partner), you’ll learn how to make fresh pasta dough from scratch, create a rich ricotta filling with your choice of delicious flavors, and craft beautifully handmade ravioli together.
The meal is rounded out with a fresh salad and a sweet dessert, because every great dinner deserves a sweet ending.
